Welcome to the Execution Training Program

The Execution Training Program is designed to help you get the most out of your exercises to develop the strongest, fittest, healthiest and most long-lasting version of your body as possible. This is achieve through two things:

  1. Careful exercise selection based on nothing less than extensive research and expert experience

  2. Explanations and teachings regarding how to execute exercises to make them as effective as possible all the while improving tendon and joint strength and range of motion to prevent injury and relieve muscle tightness.

I have been training since I was 8 years old and if I’ve learned anything from my studies, mentors & experience, it’s this: the way you execute an exercise can be the difference between achieving its benefits and causing yourself long term injury.

My mission is to inspire people to think more about not just the exercises they’re selecting, but focussing in on optimising the way they perform the exercises too.
